The Quail Springs Ranch Property Owners Association Board of Directors is the governing body that is dedicated to enforcing policies stated in our Covenants and Bylaws to preserve the aesthetics of our neighborhood, enhance the value of our property, and to ensure a high quality of life within Quail Springs Ranch.

- What are the restrictions on livestock in QSR?
A. Must have minimum of three acres (platted together), limit of 1 large animal per acre. Pigs are not permitted. Animals must be kept in appropriate fenced areas on your property - Can I have chickens?
A. Effective in 2023 the CC&Rs were amended to allow up to 12 laying hens. Chickens and quail are allowed. No roosters. Coops must be approved by the ACC. - Why is it a Property Owners Association instead of a Homeowners Association?
A. They both function essentially the same, focused on the value of the property/home. - Can I build a shop or barn on my property?
A. Shops/barns for personal use only, (no business, No living quarters), structure/placement/appearance/size is governed by the size of property and must be approved by ACC. - What are the dues for QSR?
A. Dues are $275 per year per lot with a 2-lot maximum. There also may be additional assessments which would be assessed per lot for a maximum of 2 lots.
